Booking & Cancellation Conditions
When you book, you can usually choose between different rate types. The exact conditions are shown during the booking process. As a general guideline:
- Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. In case of later cancellation, no-show or early departure, up to 100% of all the booked night will be charged.
- Non-refundable rate: Lower price, but no refund in case of cancellation, change or no-show.
Special conditions may apply for public holidays, peak seasons or group reservations. The binding conditions are always those shown at the time of booking.
